Made-to-order products
All products sold by Lumine Studio are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we du not accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- buyer´s remorse
Demage or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivey at:
Include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no additinal cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all shipping infrmation is correct at checkout. Lumine Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incoplete addresses provided by the customer.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordinace with EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not applay to goods that are:
- made to order
- personlazed
- produced specifically for the customer
